VE1, VE9, VO1, and VO2 stations must have a confirmed contact in all three
counties of Prince Edward Island – Prince, Queens, and Kings. The remainder of
Canadian stations and any USA stations must have three PEI contacts. All others two
PEI contacts. QSL cards must be in the possession of the applicant. Send $5.00 with log
entries certified by two other amateurs or submit QSL cards (photocopies
acceptable) to: PEI Abegweit Award
