RAC HQ Summer Hours |\u00a0Horaire d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 du bureau de RAC\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Monday to Thursday, from 10 am to 4 pm EST<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, the RAC Head Office in Ottawa remains closed to ensure the safety of RAC operating staff, volunteers and visitors.<\/p>\n

We continue to monitor and respond to telephone calls and to email messages sent to RAC HQ and the majority of activities and responsibilities of the RAC administration are now being performed remotely.<\/p>\n

Starting in September, regular hours will resume from Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm EST.

Pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel de RAC et de ses b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, le si\u00e8ge de RAC \u00e0 Ottawa reste ferm\u00e9 aux visiteurs, et la majorit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s et responsabilit\u00e9s de l\u2019administration de RAC sont exerc\u00e9es \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n

Nous continuons de surveiller les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques et d\u2019y r\u00e9pondre, de m\u00eame qu\u2019en ce qui concerne les courriels adress\u00e9s au si\u00e8ge de RAC.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 partir de septembre, nous reprendrons notre horaire habituel, soit du lundi au vendredi, de 10 \u00e0 16\u00a0heures HNE.<\/p>\n
