Activity is to commemorate the 60th anniversary of\u00a0<strong>Antarctic Treaty Signature<\/strong>\u00a0(ATS).<\/p>\n<p>Operation will be made by from Fran\u00e7ois QTH in M\u00e2con (JN26JH), France. Activity will be on various HF bands between 40-10 meters.<\/p>\n<p>The new reference for the WAP program is WAP-318.<\/p>\n<p>QSL via F8DVD, direct (SAE + 2 USDs) or by the Bureau.<\/p>\n<p>France was one of the 12 countries who signed the ATS in Washington on December 1, 1959.
