The gaseous material is flowing from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spaceweather.com\/images2022\/03jul22\/ch.jpg\">a cyclops-like hole<\/a>\u00a0in the sun&#8217;s atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AURORAS ON THE 4TH OF JULY:\u00a0<\/strong>A CME that narrowly missed Earth on July 1st ignited a pair of geomagnetic storms with auroras during the long holiday weekend.
