Committee Reports:

Repeater/Technical:  Summerside is now linked to VE1BHS (Sugarloaf) as the VE1SPR (Springhill) UHF hub is down.  Since our Echolink is down we can connect to Echolink through the Sugarloaf Repeater.  VY2TNC is presently not working and needs to be reset.  The 6-metre repeater needs new antennas.  Rob VY2ROB is trying to source them along with multicouplers.  Ron’s VE1AIC new repeater VE1UHF in Glen Valley on 146.715 is working well to the west but not to the east.  The VY2CFB APRS node in Bloomfield needs to have the antennas repositioned to reach more towards the Tignish area.  It was discussed for future expansion to purchase a 3-port controller for Cavendish to extend linking to the eastern end of the Island.

City of Summerside Emergency Measures:  Need a volunteer to look after the portables.  John VE1CM and Wayne VY2WA have agreed to handle and rotate the portables.  There are four portables in total.  It was moved by Ken and seconded by Richard VY2WRV to appoint Wayne VY2WA as chairman of the City of Summerside Emergency Measures.  All in Favor.  Motion Carried.
