Previously active as FJ/K2LIO, Phil has now obtained the callsign FJ4WEB and will be active from St Barts this coming October. He uses an IC-7300 and is in the process of upgrading his antenna system. Check 40-20-15-10m during his local mornings for QSO. QSL via H/c, eQSL.
